WEW - this has been a week of discipline- hard work and dedication! And I feel super strong after watching night after night of Mr. Floyd Mayweather Jr. - yes the Fabulous boxer with swagger. I have always been a huge fan of boxing. Yep, ever since the 80's , but Floyd is in a category of himself, he is amazing. I happened to come across him while watching Access Hollywood. The lady that was interviewing him whipped out a pic with all his collection of cars. He looks at it and starts from left to right naming each one: Bugatti/ Ferrai Spider/ Porsche/ etc. LMAO, and then he has built a "lifestyle" called "The Money Maker" aka. #tmt. You may see me tweet this week w/ #tmt. He is completely brutal , and as quoted "has tunnel vision" when he is on the ring. The man is FOCUSED.
That and he has baby mommas, chefs, drivers, masseuses.... Floyd hire me.
Anyway, he really inspired me today because right in the corner of my gym room there was the punching bag, every-time I got wobbly I stared at that. And its all in your mind, I bounced back and was doing bur-pees, hammer curls, dang !
Oh and tomorrow I am going to the gym again, just cause Floyd says he works out 4 times a day.

What my face looks like while I binge watch EVERYTHING

oooooH So excited to post this week. Had blogger block - anyone experience that before? not me! Because there are infinite things to write about. Lucky me , I write my blog on Fridays, so there are tons of cooky things that happen in the Twitter, Bloglovin, Pinterest, Netflix and now Hulu World. For starters shout out to my BFF Sandy in FL , that now is terrified to read my posts, hmmmm I wonder why.
I'm quite in a hurry as I write this because by 12 noon I turn into a pumpkin , meaning have to p/u my son from school, ughhhh BECAUSE ON THE FIRST DAY OF SPRING WE HAVE SNOW, and no that was not a typo!!!!
Ok , to more positive things , other than the weather

• So, Empire !!! Finale was amazing, not to mention that we all collectively must have gained 5 lbs w/ snacks alone, with a 2 hour finale! Don't forget to download their soundtrack from I-tunes. I love every song. 
• Download the Mango app- to learn any language on the planet! its awesome, you can go to your local library and they can give you the code to get you started. I am studying French. And its hard. But being that I studied it at the Aliance Francais over seas I have or know the basics.
• My new guilty pleasure psssst Hulu: and whats even dirtier (come closer) is the #KUWTK (gulp, yes that means, Keeping up with the Kardashians and take a shower (30 showers) after watching each episode. You can see the "transition" Bruce is going through. Especially when his daughters request that he cut off his ponytail and he refused. HMMMMM. There is a reason after all that they are paying this family $80 million dollars over the next 3 years, I'm just trying to figure out why. Ehem ergo the research
• Speaking of Binge Watching make sure you catch the whole new series of The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt- it will make you feel bubbly and fuzzy and keep your spirit high because Kimmy is so positive (she looks like my smiley face on top)
• Also PODCAST GALORE!! Currently shout out to +helloross !!! It took me a while to find this because the title to his Podcast is : "Straight talk with Ross Mathews" now how the heck was I going to find that.? But I did and I am on episode 3 of gulp 19 
• And last but not least on my podcast list: Patti Stanger's - Love & Sex Report !! Cant wait to listen

OF FASHION POLICE AND QUITTERS ...

I hate all these b!tches that can't be loyal-in my mind what Joan is thinking

So here we go again...My previous to last blog was exactly about Fashion Police and since it was in Spanish completely you probably needed Google translator or the like , unless you are fluent. In that case you are all caught up if not , let me update you. A few weeks ago I was all wrapped up in the frenzy that was #nyfw and of course all the Awards, Oscars and Golden Globes . So of course I proceeded to watch Fashion Police. Because as my hairstylist says "you are a fashionista" - who knew? awww flattering! Anyway, I was watching and live tweeting when Giuliana made the weed/patchouli comment ( I never now how to spell this). I really didn't think anything of it, in all sincerity there were worse things said in the past by Joan where my jaw literally fell to the floor and shook my head, and laughed sure. But to bring you up to speed it turns out Guliana made this comment of Zendaya and this is / was Kelly bff. So she(Kelly) resigned , or quit or was fired. Who cares. and who knows.
However, my question about integrity and this happened last nite folks , was and is with Kathy Griffin. You see when Joan passed she was there through all the interviews, crying and then honored and overwhelmed that she would take over E! Fashion Police as "The host" . I did tune in and Kathy was just OK, I thought Brad with his outrageous graphic suits and diva attitude took over. And Guliana and Kelly were just ok too.
Now you see Kathy via a long narrated tweet decided to quit . Yep ladies and gents just like that. I knew she was up to no good cause she was quiet and laid very low during the whole Kelly departure.
I've enclosed in this blog 2 pictures : one is of the book purchased prior to meeting Joan at my local bookstore. I also met Kathy (saw her live). Here is the difference: Joan never had to apologize, period.
When I met Joan , she came down those stairs in all her splendor and grace and what I noticed was how humble she was . How we were all applauding and she opened her arms and her mouth was wide open like she was in awe of us in awe of her. Also I highly recommend her podcast "In bed with Joan" you can also ck it out on You Tube.
Ok now about Kathy: Kathy is all about Kathy. That's all. She is all about the dollars and cents and don't let her fool you. It is all always will be about her. I mean seriously after 7 episodes you bail out?
Now I knew something was going to happen: because I had a dream 2 nights ago, that Joan was alive and that she was walking towards me and then she greeted us (me and the Fashion Police staff) and then she left and died again. Awkward. Yes that's how I felt when I woke up. And now this happened last nite. With this quitter , Quitting on us and Mel . Poor Mel (Joans daughter , that is probably still grieving, is still trying to replace air-head Kelly). She doesn't deserve this. My other theory and other bloggers also threw this out: is that they probably told Kathy that Khloe K was joining the team. I read somewhere that Mel and Kathy would have to pick and choose Kelly replacement, but that ultimately it would be the higher up at E! that would have the final say. Hmmm would Ryan Seacrest be in the higher up category. Because then its the Trashdashians all the way. Lets keep our fingers crossed that whoever it is knows about fashion and just doesn't twirl her hair or say Bloop! every 5 seconds. We need someone with integrity and that just wont quit!

OF MID LIFE CRISISES....

Ha! That is not a title typo , this week was all about Criseses - I laugh because I told a 36 year old ex bf (at least I thought he was ) that he was going through a mid-life crisis and that's why he decided to get engaged.
Oh yes that happened too and when he told me I felt like I got run-over by a freight train filled with oil and exploded well you get the picture. You've probably seen that on the news lately. Of freight trains colliding full of oil. Firefighters decided it was to hazardous to put out the flames, so they are just going to let the carts burn to the ground. Which made me reflect, maybe I should let all this sorrow just burn into ashes. Let it all out , insert sad crying face emoji here.
See I'm not the sensitive crying all the time girl, cause I'm one tough b!tch at least I thought so until the inconsiderate a**hole decided to spill the beans and give me an update on his life. What I held on to was an unavailable emotional person, thinking that he would be available in the future, and he was except that he decided not to share his future with me. And y'all that hurts. Bad.
Ok so I'm over it. I have to put on my big girl panties and move forward , so should you!

So pretty fragile this week. But somehow when you get "older" you have more bounce, more like having an Elastic Heart like Sia says (btw listen to that track) its awesome.
In the meantime I will go on to "Feelin myself" - get that Nicki Minaj track featuring Beyonce. I'm obsessed and you will do if you watch the @sup3rfruit version is the best!!

Yes in your darkest hour and with 19 degrees and snow go to the gym, just don't go to the front of the class , and this trainer has a perfectionist attitude where even the squeaking of your sneakers will trigger a tantrum.
